Terms & Conditions
• Availability and price quotes are applicable to the date and time at which they are requested and cannot be guaranteed until payment is made.
• Quotes in a foreign currency fluctuate with exchange rates and International payments may carry a foreign transaction fee.
• Flight confirmation is subject to availability. Prices are subject to change after the date of deposit, including price increases in the fee for a seat assignment, fee or baggage, applicable fuel surcharges, or an increase in government-imposed tax or fee.
• Correct legal names that match identification for travelers must be provided to Travel Center Inc. for all travelers in party. Name changes are not permitted on airline tickets. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information to Travel Center Inc. Travel Center Inc. is not responsible for costs incurred by incorrect information provided for travel planning including reservations and airline tickets. Passport copies are required to confirm International air reservations. I have verified the correct spelling of all names
• If for any reason my credit card charges are later declined, reversed, or Travel Center Inc. is unable to receive payment for the travel plans and services, Travel Center Inc. shall be entitled to recovery, including reasonable attorneys’ fees in connection with collection.
• I have personally approved the utilization of all the travel suppliers (airlines, tour operators, hotels, car rental companies, etc.) used for the travel arrangements that I purchased from this travel agency. I am aware that the travel agency cannot be held responsible for any losses or inconveniences which I might encounter as a result of my purchase of travel arrangements from these travel suppliers. I agree that any claims that I might have regarding these services shall be made only to the travel service suppliers and not to this travel agency.
• Each travel Supplier has their own terms and conditions. I, as the traveler, am responsible for reading and accepting those terms and conditions. I have verified and reviewed and approve of all travel details. I have reviewed and understand all the rules penalties and restrictions that may pertain to the travel suppliers associated with these travel arrangements.
• I understand that the travel suppliers that control the airline tickets, air tours and other miscellaneous travel arrangement that I am purchasing may be subject to supplemental price increases after the date of purchase due to additional charges imposed by a supplier or government action. I acknowledge that I may be charged additional sums to offset increased fees, fuel surcharges, taxes, fluctuations in foreign exchange market or any combination thereof as deemed necessary by the supplier. I hereby consent to any post-purchase price increases and acknowledge that if I choose to continue with my plans that I am responsible for the additional amounts due.
Travel insurance Advisory
Travel Leaders highly recommends Travel insurance to protect your investment in your travel plans. Trip cancellation and trip interruption insurances are available at an additional cost to protect you from certain unexpected events. The terms of insurance coverage are controlled by the actual insurance policy issued. Failure to purchase insurance leaves your investment in travel plans vulnerable to unforeseen loss.
Travel Agent Disclosure Notice
In offering this air transportation or any other travel arrangements for sale, we act only as an agent. We maintain no control over the personnel, equipment or operations of any supplier and assume no responsibility for, and shall not be expected, asked or required to pay for any financial loss, personal injury, property damage, other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which you may experience either by reason of:
1. Nonperformance by any supplier for whatever reason;
2. Wrongful, careless, negligent or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any supplier or its employees or on the part of any other party not under our control.
3. Any defect, breakdown or failure of any aircraft, train, automobile, ship, accommodation or other equipment or instrumentally owned, operated or otherwise used by a supplier.
Availability of refund for unused travel reservations will vary with the type of reservations and the point at which reservations were not used. Please note that when you purchase travel services your money immediately belongs to the supplier. In the event of any supplier bankruptcy, you should seek refunds directly from the supplier or bankruptcy court.
Amendments and Cancellations
Should you wish to change any details of your booking, we will do our best to help. If you must cancel your reservation, make any changes to departure date, change the number in party, or make any other revisions, you will be assessed the following processing fees, plus any applicable supplier charges.
LAND / CRUISE TOUR
Revisions $50 per person plus any applicable supplier charges
Cancellations 10% of the cost of the trip plus any applicable supplier charges
AIRLINE TICKETS
Exchange of tickets $50 per ticket plus any applicable supplier charges
Refund of ticket $50 per ticket plus any applicable supplier charges
I (we) have read and agree to the terms and conditions as stated above and all of its provisions. There may be miscellaneous service fees for delivery or communications.
Client Responsibilities regarding your vacation
• Travel documents, including passports, visas, and health/vaccination certificates required are your responsibility. Valid passports are absolutely required for all international destinations and the expiration date should be at least 6 months
following the return date of your trip. Some countries require that your passport have two to four blank visa/stamp pages. Some airlines will not allow you to board if this requirement is not met. See: www.travel.state.gov/content/passports/en/passports/FAQs.html.
• The U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) advise that everyone carry at least two forms of acceptable identification in order to board a flight. See: www.tsa.gov/traveler-information/acceptable-ids. The name, date of birth, and gender that appears on the identification card must exactly match the data that is listed on airlines ticket(s) and booking records. Additionally, a visa and vaccinations may be required. Please note that that even when a visa is issued, a traveler may be denied entry since each country’s local immigration officials make the final entry decision. Several factors including past criminal record may contribute to the decisions of the local immigration official(s). Should a visa not be issued, Travel Center Inc. is not responsible for lost payments made toward the contemplated trip. • Visit the USA State Department Web site www.travel.state.gov on a regular basis for information regarding incidence of disease, terrorism, safety issues, crime, the need for travel documentation (such as passports, visas, proof of health/vaccination certificates), health hazards and other restrictions regarding travel to your domestic/or international destination(s) and re-entry into the United States. Required or advised inoculations may need to be administered in a series of doses months ahead of your planned departure and such time element should be taken into account by you when making deposits and/or nonrefundable final payments.
